Why choose us over something like WIX/Squarespace?
Your website and branding are often the first point of contact between you and potential customers. A first impression should make a unique and memorable image of your business. Drag and drop website builders such as WIX seem like good options at first, but quickly become a nightmare with limited capability and hidden costs. Designing takes a lot of time and practice; a drag and drop option will not necessarily save you time and money once you get into it. You may find it takes you even longer to make it work with your brand and that it does not even work properly across all devices. If you follow their guidance you will quite possibly find yourself very quickly with a website that 'doesn't quite' match your business needs.
So, what do we use? We use WordPress and a vast library of plugins that allow us to create comprehensive and flexible websites with custom code and advanced SEO, allowing you to rank higher in Google search results. There are (virtually) no limits to what we can deliver for your website. If you are serious about establishing a strong online presence, we recommend investing in a professional designer to help you get the results you need, with none of the stress.
How will the process work?
We begin by spending some time getting to know you and your company and the goals you wish to achieve through the requested material i.e. the brief. We then begin researching ideas which are drafted up for you to look over. We move forward with the one you are most keen on listening carefully to your feedback and offering advice/ solutions to any issues that may arise. Once you have approved the final design, its all yours and ready to be used however you wish! If you have purchased a website package, we will continue to monitor your site and provide ongoing support i.e. updates to page content/SEO and the general smooth running of the site etc.
How long will it take to complete?
Every job is different and will have a different timeline. If your deadline is tight, we will try our best to meet it and will keep you informed throughout. What if the package I want does not include something I need?
If you require something that is not features in your chosen package, we can offer it at an additional price.

What happens if I am not happy with the final product?
We have never missed the mark so far. If you have picked us to work with, it means that you have had a good look at our portfolio and you believe we fit well together. You are passionate about the impact your brand has and so are we, which is why we want to make sure you are happy with the final product. We have therefore included a certain number of revisions in all our plans. We do not expect that you will need more, but if you do, we are happy to provide them at an additional cost (mentioned in the previous question). To make the process more efficient, make sure you are specific in your revision requests and feel free to offer examples/alternatives.
Who owns the copyright of the content produced?
The copyright for the entire project by Atomic Brew Studios and mSaas.cloud transfers to you as soon as the balance has been paid in full. We reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
Do you work internationally?
We do! The magic of Zoom and Teams allows us to work remotely from here in the UK.
What are your payment terms?
We require an initial payment of 50% of the total fee before we start working on the project. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion.
Payments are due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments will be charged statutory interest of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate from the 31st day after the invoice date.
What do you charge for web design and build?
Our custom web design and build packages start from £2500. We also offer template packages for a reduced cost. Custom website development can be a complex process. Aside from the website itself, we are able to offer custom emails, provide stock images, website forms, e-commerce capabilities, SEO, copywriting and more, depending on your requirements. Will I have to pay a monthly fee for my website and why?
After your website is up and ready to go, we start the monthly maintenance and support fee to ensure your website is up-to-date and running smoothly. This monthly fee includes: daily & on-demand backups, free SSL and SSH (secure site), dev, stage, prod environments, faster site speed with website caching, threat blocking and security, transferable sites for easy client handoff, page performance monitoring, troubleshooting and support.
To cancel your plan at no extra cost, we require 1 months’ notice, however, this means that you will be responsible for keeping your website up and running, as well as the domain and email costs associated with the site.
